Founder and Executive Director of Let’s End Fistula Initiative (LEFI) in Kenya, Sarah Omega, discusses the important work of empowering fistula survivors to advocate for safe childbirth. In 2021, LEFI was able to launch Young Champion Fistula Clubs to educate teenagers, ages 13 – 19, to bring safe motherhood and economic empowerment education to a younger audience.
