The Worldwide Fistula Funds needs your financial help to use in the fight against childbirth injury.

What we use donated funds for:

• Sponsoring life-changing surgery and life-restoring whole-person care for women with VVF
• Supporting VVF Centers across Africa with equipment, supplies and construction
• Supporting African surgeons to staff VVF surgery
• Sharing information and knowledge to VVF providers around the world through handbooks, journal articles, video instruction, and symposia
• Supporting basic research projects to learn the safest, most cost-effective ways to care for women with VVF

Advocate:
Today's unprecedented level of activity in the fight against fistula has come about largely because of a "grass-roots" movement in the United States. Let's keep the momentum going!  Write to your Congressional Representative or Senator and ask what our government is doing to end this epidemic!

Educate:

Sponsor a get-together in your neighborhood to increase awareness about fistula.  Make a presentation to a community or church group.  You can make a difference!
