A Walk to Beautiful  is sure to change the course of history with respect to obstetric fistula.   Director Mary Olive Smith and her team weave together the lives of several Ethiopian women in way that tells the story of fistula with tremendous dignity and compassion. 

The Worldwide Fistula Fund has a number of connections to Engel Entertainment's beautiful documentary on obstetric fistula.  In addition to serving as co-sponsors of the film, WFF provided technical assistance for the production.   Both Dr. Wall and Dr. Arrowsmith have helped to lead question and answer sessions at screenings of the film at major film festivals.  Perhaps our strongest connection is that Dr, Arrowsmith served on the surgical staff of the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital for three years. 

We expect the film to move many viewers to a desire to take part in the rising movement to fight this dread condition, and we know that the ultimate desire of the Engel Team was for the film to a catalyst for change, a cause for hope for women with fistula wherever they are found.  And so, we offer the following ways for your to help WFF in this task:
